A program never starts at random. Whenever possible, I visit the workplace before the training to explore participants’ needs and get a feel for the atmosphere. This allows me to tailor the training much more effectively to your reality.

The training itself is an active and dynamic experience. With the support of a professional training actor and practical methods, we immediately get to work on feeling and practicing new behaviors in a safe environment.
