Gdraag uses the following computer programs or systems: Excel, Word, Mail, PowerPoint.

How long I keep personal data
Gdraag does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following personal data: personal details, address, and email address: as long as the person wishes to remain connected, in the person’s own interest. When someone indicates they no longer wish to receive messages, the data is deleted.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Gdraag only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of my agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Viewing, adjusting, or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data. To ensure the request for access was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Gdraag would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Gdraag takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
